HILTON PARIS OPERA, Paris – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Gare Lazure, making it a fantastic spot with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though some noise from the busy street could be heard occasionally. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially during unexpected situations like strikes. However, the dining experience can be chaotic at times with missing items and disorganized service.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering a magnificent view of the outside. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff available at every turn. The location couldn't be better for exploring Paris's famous landmarks and luxury shopping destinations, making it a prime choice for visitors. While the dining options were varied and delicious, some minor service issues were noted. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the noise from outside was a bit disruptive. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite having a heavy smoking smell, were equipped with a king bed, small couch, and sitting chair; however, they were the smallest I have ever seen in all my travels. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making it one of the most hospitable places I've visited. The location was great, right in front of St Lazare train station, offering easy access to many sights. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing due to frequent shortages and lack of assistance. Despite these aspects, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to transportation and dining options. The rooms are on the smaller side, but booking a family room consisting of two connected rooms was convenient. The service is friendly and accommodating, although there was a small issue regarding my Hilton Honors membership. The location is exceptional, especially for those new to Paris, being right next to Gare Saint-Lazare with convenient access to shops and restaurants. The dining options were varied and satisfying, particularly for Diamond HiltonHonors members. The facilities are adequate, although some areas may appear average for a 3-star hotel.
