admiring stay in perfect place
good variety sophisticated atmosphere
the location was central to attractions. breakfast had good variety, including pastries. i found the room service reliable for late meals. the decor created a sophisticated atmosphere.
the in-room coffee options lacked a pod machine. i was dissapointed by this detail, since i appreciate fresh coffee.

was so nice!
excellent team good breakfast
i found the location to be convenient near st lazare station. the reception team, especially laura and pierre, were excellent (they really remembered my name each time!). breakfast was very good and i enjoyed the executive lounge.

problematic stay near saint-lazare
broken ac poor service
I found several issues . the air conditioning was not working properly. i also had difficulty with the concierge service. They seemed uninterested in assisting with basic requests. this lack of attentiveness detracted from the overall experience. i would not recommend this place.
